Carluccio's is an authentic Italian restaurant on Dawson Street, which just so happens to offer a wide selection of gluten-free options. Most of the dishes are gluten-free or can be made so by using gluten-free pasta/bread.
I finally went to Carluccio's a few weeks ago with my mom. It's right beside where I went to college, but I had never eaten there. I was missing out!
When I asked the waiter what is gluten free, he walked away and came back with a full gluten-free menu. It contained most of the dishes from the other menu, including many desserts! (I was pretty excited by this)
I was honestly a little overwhelmed by all the choice, but opted for the seasonal risotto, which was asparagus. It was quite salty, but I enjoyed it nonetheless! I spent the rest of the day gulping down water, but I have to say that this dish was tasty enough to make up for it.

My mom ordered the Pasta Con Funghi, which she really enjoyed also.
I'm excited to go back to sample more of the dishes. I'm especially intrigued by the dessert menu...
