On our way back from the Fumbally Cafe, we stopped into Antoinette's Bakery - a completely gluten-free bakery with plenty of egg-free, soy-free and dairy-free options. They offer everything from vegan doughnuts to cupcakes and cookies.
I was in heaven.
I used to be an absolute dessert-fiend, until I found out that I have coeliac disease (January 2013). In fact my desire to eat dessert was the catalyst for me learning to cook and bake just over a year ago. Before that I could just about fry an egg, but that was even pushing it!
