Earlier this summer I went to Umi Falafel for the first time and loved it! (I went again recently in fact) I'd passed by many times during the year, but assumed that there wouldn't be anything gluten-free... I was very much mistaken.
It's a Middle Eastern restaurant, which is completely vegetarian with vegan options. The vegan options aren't marked, but all ingredients are listed on the menu, so it's easy to figure out. The falafel and many of the salads are gluten-free too.
I also love their spice jars on the wall!

I went for the Falafel Plate with Drink lunch deal, which is 4 falafel, salad, hummus, bread and drink. I ordered mine without bread obviously, but one of my friends got the same and they gave her a basket full of bread!
I chose the Moroccan Quinoa Salad (quinoa, red kidney beans, corn, olive, red onion, fresh mint, coriander, almond, Moroccan spices, lemon juice and olive oil), which was lovely and fresh tasting. The falafel were also excellent - crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. It came with good-sized dips: spicy salsa, hummus and tahini.

I would definitely recommend Umi Falafel if you're around the city and want some reasonably priced, tasty food.
