This tastes like a decadent tropical dessert, but is full of goodness.
I love when food is both healthy and tasty. I used to always think that healthy food had to taste awful. I would grimace at the very thought of eating vegetables, especially green ones! I refused to eat anything that tasted "healthy".
Now I'm happily chugging green smoothies... Oh, how times have changed. ;-)
I like to think that my younger self would have enjoyed this smoothie, because it doesn't taste "healthy", just delicious!
